With our Let Only service we advertise the property, source and secure a tenant, draw up all the paperwork and legal documentation but it is the landlord who actually manages all aspects of the tenancy thereafter. This service is used by many clients who have the knowledge, time and resources to manage their asset themselves.

Let Only Service with Rent Collection
This comprises of above service but with additional benefit and security of rent collection including rent guarantee insurance for the initial term (subject to terms and conditions).

Full Property Management Services
Many clients do not wish to be involved in the day to day management of their property because while many tenant queries or requests can be small, they can be time consuming: for this reason many choose our Full Management Service.
